This material is sometimes referred to as "fiber soft steel" due to its exceptional strength and flexibility. It is also known simply as polyester geogrid or warp-knitted geogrid.
Warp-knitted polyester geogrid represents a new generation of high-quality geotextile designed to reinforce roadbeds. It utilizes high-strength polyester or polypropylene fibers as raw materials and employs a warp-knitted directional structure. The warp and weft yarns in the fabric intersect without bending, and their intersection points are bonded firmly using high-strength fiber filaments, creating solid junctions. This structure maximizes the geogrid's mechanical performance, providing excellent tensile strength and stability.
