The Dimple Drain Board is manufactured using 100% virgin HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) through extrusion or blow molding techniques. A special forming process presses the HDPE geomembrane into a pattern of closed, upward-facing conical dimples (frustum of a cone), creating a three-dimensional drainage structure.

This dimpled design provides excellent compressive strength and structural stiffness, enabling efficient drainage of liquids and gases. The interconnected channels formed between the dimples allow water and air to be quickly discharged from under surfaces, effectively preventing water accumulation and structural damage.
