It is primarily crafted from high-strength polyester fibers or industrial polyester filaments, undergoing a specialized manufacturing process to achieve its robust structural properties.
The production process begins with orienting high-strength polyester or polypropylene fibers into a mesh-shaped gray fabric through warp knitting technology-a method that creates a directional structure optimized for load distribution. Unlike traditional fabrics where warp and weft yarns bend around each other, the yarns in this geogrid remain straight and aligned, maximizing their mechanical efficiency.
