Biaxial Geogrids Road Reinforcement Biaxial Fiberglass Geogrid

Introduction:

Fiberglass Geogrid is an advanced earthwork reinforcement material designed to strengthen road surfaces and roadbeds. Manufactured by weaving fiberglass filaments and applying a protective coating, it offers high tensile strength in both vertical and horizontal directions, low elongation, and excellent flexibility. This geogrid is also highly resistant to both high and low temperatures.

Thanks to its surface coating, the product exhibits strong alkali resistance and excellent aging resistance, ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance in demanding construction environments.

The product boasts high strength, low elongation, high temperature resistance, high modulus, lightweight, excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

Widely used in engineering applications such as slope protection, road construction, and bridge pavement reinforcement, it effectively strengthens and reinforces pavements. It helps prevent rutting, fatigue cracking, thermal expansion and contraction cracks, and reflection cracks.

By dispersing bearing stress, it significantly extends pavement service life. The product features high tensile strength, low elongation, and no long-term creep, along with good physical and chemical stability and thermal stability. It also offers strong resistance to fatigue cracking, high-temperature rutting, and low-temperature shrinkage cracking, thereby delaying and reducing the occurrence of reflection cracks.

Application:

1. The old asphalt concrete pavement is reinforced to strengthen the asphalt surface layer to prevent diseases.

2. The cement concrete pavement is converted into a composite pavement to suppress reflection cracks caused by plate shrinkage.

3. Road extension and improvement project to prevent cracks caused by the junction of new and old and uneven settlement.

4. Reinforcement treatment of soft soil foundation is conducive to the consolidation of soft soil water separation, effectively inhibits settlement, uniform stress distribution, and enhances the overall strength of the roadbed.

5. The semi-rigid base of the newly built road produces shrinkage cracks, and the reinforcement is reinforced to prevent the pavement cracks caused by the reflection of the base cracks.
