Polyester warp-knitted geogrid is manufactured from high-strength polyester fibers or industrial filaments, oriented through warp knitting to create a mesh fabric with excellent dimensional stability. This fabric is then coated with PVC for enhanced durability and protection.
Known as "fiber soft steel," this geogrid-also referred to as polyester geogrid or warp-knitted geogrid-provides superior reinforcement for roadbeds and other soil stabilization applications. The warp and weft yarns maintain a straight orientation without bending, and their intersections are firmly bonded with high-strength fiber filaments, forming solid joint points that maximize mechanical performance.
This unique structure delivers outstanding tensile strength, durability, and load distribution, making it an ideal geotextile material for improving roadbed strength, slope protection, and retaining walls.
