Polyester continuous filament spunbonded nonwoven geotextile is directly produced from high-quality PET chips through a spunbond-extrusion and needle-punching process. The continuous filaments are entangled through multi-directional needling, forming a dense and stable three-dimensional fiber network. This structure provides excellent tensile strength, uniform load distribution, and high puncture resistance. In addition, it offers superior creep resistance, anti-aging properties, UV resistance, and thermal stability, making it highly suitable for harsh environmental conditions and long-life civil engineering projects, such as roadbeds, embankments, drainage systems, and landfill construction.
