Product Description

HDPE geomembrane uses high quality polyethylene raw resin, the main component is high density polyethylene, plus carbon black, anti-aging, antioxidant and UV-resistance component; all products are based on American GRI standards and ASTM test standards. The thickness of the smooth and textured surface is 0.1mm-3.0mm, and the width is 1m-12m. It meets the requirements of solid waste containment (such as landfill liners), mining and water containment applications.

Installation Instructions

Construction method
1. The slope should be laid in order from top to bottom. Don't pull too hard.
2. The adjacent longitudinal seams should not be on the horizontal line and should be staggered by more than 1m.
3. The longitudinal seam should be more than 1.50m away from the dam foot and the bent foot, and should be located on the plane.
4. When laying the slope, the film laying direction should be basically parallel to the slope line.
5. During construction, first use small-diameter sand or clay to level the base layer, and then lay geomembrane. The geomembrane should not be pulled too tightly, and the buried soil at both ends is corrugated. A transition layer of about 10cm is laid with sand or clay on the geomembrane.
