3D geomat is a kind of 3D network structure made of high molecular synthetic material. It is applied to plant and fix soil with loose texture and leaves 90% space to fill earth, sand and stones. 1.Does grass grow through erosion control blankets?
Yes, the erosion control blankets are highly effective for growing grass on steep slopes when it would otherwise be challenging to do so.
 
2.How to Use a Seed Blanket Over Existing Grass

STEP 1: Prepare the installation area by leveling the area, removing debris, or seeding.
STEP 2: Dig a 6" x 6" trench at the top of slope and place the blanket in the slope. Blankets are typically pulled about 12" past the trench.
STEP 3: Staple anchor the blanket to the bottom of the trench.

3.What if the slope is relatively steep and the tension of the three-dimensional net is too small?

If the slope is relatively steep, in order to increase the pulling force, the Erosion Control Mat can also be used with a layer of glass fiber grid.
