Polypropylene Filament Geotextile is produced using advanced spinning equipment, achieving monofilament fineness above 11 dtex and tensile strength exceeding 3.5 g/d. The filaments are uniformly distributed without cloudiness, ensuring consistent tensile strength and elongation in both machine and cross directions. This results in a more uniform and stable product performance, ideal for demanding geotechnical applications.
Continuous Filament Spunbonded Nonwoven Geotextile is made directly from polyester chips using the spunbond process. The polyester filaments are continuously extruded, then bonded through needle punching to form a dimensionally stable 3D fabric with high tensile strength and excellent structural integrity.
This geotextile offers outstanding creep resistance, erosion resistance, and superior aging and heat resistance, making it well-suited for reinforcement, filtration, separation, and protection in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
