Product Description

Geocell is a new type of high-strength geosynthetic material that is widely used both domestically and internationally. It is manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 19274-2003 standard. The geocell is formed by welding reinforced HDPE sheets using high-power ultrasonic technology, creating a three-dimensional reticular (grid-like) structure.

It is lightweight, easy to fold, and convenient to transport. During installation, the geocell can be expanded into a three-dimensional honeycomb grid. When filled with soil, gravel, concrete, or other granular materials, it forms a stable structure with excellent lateral confinement and high stiffness, making it ideal for ground stabilization and load support applications.

Load Support

Cellular Confinement Systems have been used to improve the performance of both paved and unpaved roads by reinforcing the soil in the subgrade-base interface or within the base course. The effective load distribution of geocell creates a strong,stiff 3D cellular mattress which can reduce vertical differential settlement into soft subgrades, improves shear strength, and enhances load-bearing capacity, while reducing the amount of aggregate material required to extend the service life of roads.

 

                          Channel Lining

Constructing GEOCELL drainage and diversion channels is a fast-to-deploy and economical means to create stormwater conveyance across tailings on mine sites. GEOCELL-confined aggregate channels can reduce rock size 10X, and make beneficial use of the mine's on-site aggregate resources. With concrete infill, GEOCELL channels offer flexible, hard-armor protection, stability and resistance to higher velocity and continuous flows.
