Dimple Drain Board is manufactured from 100% virgin HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) using foundation extrusion or blow molding processes. During production, the HDPE geomembrane is thermally formed with a special process that creates a closed, conical dimple structure on its surface.

These cone-shaped dimples form a three-dimensional drainage space with excellent compressive strength and support capacity. This structure allows liquids and gases to be efficiently drained and discharged through the board, preventing water accumulation and relieving hydrostatic pressure.
